CANCELLATIONS
No order cancellations or order changes once orders have been placed.
After your order has been placed it is no longer able to be cancelled.
SHIPPING
COVID-19 Shipping Delays
Due to the recent surge in shipping delays, orders placed from November 10th, 2021 will experience shipping delays. Carriers have estimated delays to be 5-7 additional business days due to high volume at shipping ports. We are working diligently with the carriers to provide daily updates, including when regular shipping times will resume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive your order shipped email and your order will resume its regular shipping schedule. Please allow tracking to become available within 24-48 hours
Economy (UPS/USPS) is 7 to 10 Business Days
If within the continental US, your order should be received within 5 to 7 business days. Once your order has processed, you will receive your ‘Order Shipped’ email. Please allow 24-48 hours after the item has shipped, to track your package online.
Premium/Express Shipping (DHL or FedEx) time-frame is 3 to 7 business days

RETURNS
Defective Merchandise:
If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days, you will no longer qualify for a return. You must send a photo of the damage/defect item along with all the details of your order invoice to hello@mylowearclothing.com.
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.
SOMETHING WRONG?
Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us within 3 days at hello@mylowearclothing.com so we may address the issue. We cannot make exceptions once you have had the merchandise in your care for a longer period, have washed it or worn it.
Refused Packages
If your package is refused or returned; you’re responsible for the shipping cost to re-ship package. Mylo Wear, LLC does not issue refunds.
Lost Packages
Mylo Wear, LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to UPS/FedEx/DHL error. Refunds will not be issued.
